"All the staff and super friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious. Even though the hotel is built in the 50’s, it is well maintained. The older lady that works the breakfast buffet is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is a nice variety. The man who works the main desk (I think his name is Sam) is super nice, accommodating, helpful and easy to talk too. The young man who’s the manager is also very nice and always greets you. "

"The New Imperial Hotel is your best find for a proper stay in Old City Jerusalem. It's steps away from Jaffa Gate and the Holy Sepulchre. The hotel is easy for Gett and other taxi apps to locate / service and the value for what you receive at this hotel is incredible. The rooftop is a perfect spot for sunset sips and the included breakfast was beyond what I have received at most Marriotts and Hiltons. "

Wish the chairs for the "restaurant" had less holes and a better introduction to the place when checking in. "For starters the address is in Jerusalem, the location defaults to Be'er Sheva; I assume that is an Expedia algorithm issue. Metro line from railroad station to front of hotel! Great rooms. Clean lobby. Wonderful breakfast and service; a fantastic staff that makes you feel welcomed. Front desk staff is wonderful and very responsive to guests' needs. Money exchange, local dining, chain restaurants literally 100 feet away. I will be returning here on my next trip. "
